      Every wedding cake created by Robin is baked fresh and decorated individually.  Nothing in our shop is ever frozen.

      We suggest the following wedding cake flavors to give the optimal elegant crisp layered look:  Butter, Chocolate, Chocolate Almond, Lemon Poppy, Marble, Tuxedo (chocolate and white) or White.  Any extract can be added to the white cake to enhance the flavor.

      Cakes can be finished in either our italian meringue buttercream or elegant hand made fondant (always suggested for a beautifully smooth finish).

      Filling choices are endless but here we name our favorites:  Agave, Almond Cream, Apple Spice, Apricot, Bavarian Cream, Blueberry, Chocolate Ganache, Cream Cheese, Lemon, Raspberry, or Strawberry.

      Wedding cakes start at $3.00 a serving plus tax complex designs will be subject to additional charges.  I suggest that you schedule your cake consultation no less than 3 months prior to your event.  For everyones protection a date is not secured on my calendar until a $100.00 deposit is paid and the contract is signed.  Please contact Robin at or 262-652-1054 to set up a tasting/design consultation.
